Delivery
- •Free standard UK delivery on orders over £25 (2–3 working days).
- •Standard delivery under £25 is £3.99.
- •Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
- •Next-day and Saturday options are shown at checkout where available.
- •Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take one extra working day.
Tracking
- •You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.
- •Tracking also appears in your account under recent orders.
Returns
- •30 days to return any unused part in its original packaging, free of charge.
- •Ordered the wrong part? Contact us with your order number and we'll email a return label.
- •Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of arrival.
- •Faulty parts are covered by a 2 year warranty — we replace or refund, your choice.
- •Electrical parts that have been fitted can only be returned if faulty.
